Processing takes 3–5 business days, but please allow additional time for larger orders as they may require extra handling.

Estimated delivery times are 10-20 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided to monitor the progress of your shipment. It is the customer's responsibility if the package requires pickup.

Orders are processed from our warehouses in China. Shipping is available to 150+ countries, including the US, EU, AU, CA, and more. Orders over $37.5 USD qualify for free international shipping.

• We do not process orders on weekends or holidays
• We do not deliver to military addresses

CUSTOMS DUTIES

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning customs duties and taxes are prepaid. You won't encounter any surprise charges at delivery.

LOST OR FAILED DELIVERIES

Buyvias is not responsible for packages once they are shipped. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If your package is lost or failed to deliver, reshipment can be arranged at the customer’s expense. Please contact us at [email protected] or visit our Contact page to arrange a reshipment.
